# Wise Agent

1. Download the CSV file sent by Real Intent.
2. Use the converter tool to process the file.
3. Input your custom hashtag as part of the conversion.
4. Save the newly formatted CSV file.
5. Log in to your Wise Agent account.
6. Navigate to **Settings > Import Contacts**.
7. Upload the converted CSV and ensure the fields are properly matched.
8. Finalize the import and check the new contacts in your CRM.
